  2. ***Freeware*** 32 bit Microsoft Exchange Auto Forwarding Extension.

  8. I have two mail accounts (work and home).  Since I use Exchange at work
  9. and at home, I wrote this extension to automatically forward non-work
  10. mail from work to home.
  11.  
  12. Mail appear in target accounts like they were sent directly to them
  13. (allowing you to reply to the sender easily, unlike a real forward).
  14.  
  15. Since this extension allows you to set up a distribution list of user(s),
  16. it can act like a simple mail exploder.  Mail received by non-Exchange
  17. clients will see the messages as a forward.  Exchange clients with this
  18. extension will automatically convert the message to look like it was
  19. sent directly to you (except the "to" field still list the original recipient).

  21. Also, this extension can be setup to exclude messages from a specific domain.
  22. I use this feature to filter out mail from ".hp.com" (don't want internal
  23. work mail to bounce outside and I didn't want to read it outside anyways).

  33. Right click "exch_fwd.inf" and select "Install".

  35. Run MS Exchange and select "options" in the menu
  36.  
  37. Look for the "Forwarding" tab property page in the options dialog.

  43. Select "Add/Remove Programs" from the "Control Panel".

  45. Highlight "Robert's Auto Forwarding" and click the "Add/Remove" button.

  61. Beside bug fixes, I'll probably add a "fast forward" button for
  62. messages and folder.  Maybe an auto print for incoming fax.  Please
  63. continue to email bugs and requests but do remember that this is
  64. freeware and you should use at your own risk...  8^)
